Piotr Głowicki works as a Management Audit Specialist at Volkswagen A.G. and over the course of recent years he has contributed to designing and implementation of numerous training schemes at such companies as VW Motor Polska, VW Poznań, Gestamp, Sitech, GlaxoSmithKline, Server, Media Saturn Holding Polska, SECO/WARWICK S.A., Egis Polska, Steinhoff GmbH and many others. As a professional trainer with an extensive knowledge and experience, Piotr Glowicki has been recognized not only by the aforementioned corporations but he has been valued for his academic-scientific teachings and trainings in the Media and Social Communication Department of the University School of Physical Education in Wroclaw where he is currently giving lectures. Within the scope of his specialization themes are the complexities and problem areas regarding team work, trainings for managers, social communication, presentation and negotiation among others. As an expert in the training field, in his approach he has been applying the paradigm of integrated systematic science and effectiveness orientation. It is worth mentioning that only for the past 6 years of his professional training career, Piotr Glowicki has delivered 350 training workshops and training courses.

Bartłomiej Andrusiewicz, a graduate from Wrocław’s University of Technology and a MBA holder from Helsinki School of Economics, he works as a Head of Program Management Department at Nokia Siemens Networks and he is also a board member of International Institute of Business Analysis Warsaw Poland Chapter. Throughout years of professional carreer and achievements, he has been involved in the building and developing of both corporate structures and broad range of projects. His commitment, great efforts and talent as a project manager, have been all recognized by leading providers of wireless telecommunication products & services represented by T-Mobile, Netcom, Tele2 , Eurotel and Mobiltel. Additionally, as a testimonial to his credentials, he was awarded a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate by Project Management Institute and is a holder of a the highest rank diploma in regard to project management, namely Advance Master's Certificate from George Washington University. Over the years, Bartłomiej Andrusiewicz has gained invaluable experience and knowledge generated through direct interactions & relations with the clients along with design & implementation of numerous business-specific projects. The main area of his expertise focuses on strategic business development consultancy and applicable programs within the scope of the subject matter.
