Labor market instruments (PUP, PFRON).
- reimbursement of workplace equipments prepared for an unemployed referred to a company by Local Labor Office in the amount not exceeding 600% of an average remuneration (max. PLN 17. 831,3)
- reimbursement of social security insurance premiums of an unemployed on one-off basis in the amount not exceeding 300% of a minimal remuneration,
- reimbursement of part of employment costs on an unemployed, being in a specific situation on the labor market in the amount not exceeding the amount of the unemployed benefit while employed within so-called intervention works (
- Reimbursement of workplace equipment prepared for handicapped person registered in District Labor Office in the amount not exceeding 1500% of an average remuneration.

3-5 months of actual application of acquired knowledge & skills through work performance at a specific post

…complete list provided upon request | During the preparation Local Labor Office pays the amount of money equal to a grant for the jobless. The agreement with unemployed person is signed by the LLO
Each employer taking on a trainee appointed by the LLO, will be eligible to receive a refund for the training costs (equivalent of 2% average monthly remuneration per each trainee per month)
Also, an employer will get a bonus for each participant that passed final exam (equivalent of PLN 400x months of training)
The exam expenses will be covered by the Labor Trust
The training institution will be reimbursed for preparation of theoretical part. |
| 4. | Refunding (repayment) part of employment costs – “interventional employment”( form of public aid subsidies allocated for employees being either in a * particularly or **tremendously unfavorable labor market situation) | People:
| The employee (either legal or natural person status) submits the interventional work employment application to the Local Labor Office and then the agreement is conclude between the employer and district governor (note: starosta powiatu) |
| 5. | Refunding part of the equipment costs/upgrading of new workplace for the delegated(by LLO) unemployed; maximum aid =an average remuneration multiplied by six ; max. PLN 17 831,3 (this is a form of public aid compliant with the provisions of “de minimis” aid, granted by EU Commission) | The designated worker shall be employed full-time for 24 months
Maintaining the newly created workplaces for 24 months

| 6. | One time reimbursement of the costs of social insurance premiums (constitutes a remuneration subsidy form of public aid meant for recruiting an employee being either in a * particularly or **tremendously unfavorable labor market situation)

| Maximum gross public aid intensity for both employees in a particularly and tremendously unfavorable labor market situation cannot exceed 50% of eligibility costs.
This remuneration subsidy form of public aid regarding two categories of employees, can be granted provided the newly created job results in net increase of:

*refers to each person who: has been unemployed/hasn’t received remuneration for the past 6 months, or has neither upper- secondary school education nor vocational school education, or is above the age of 50, or an adult living on his/her own and supporting at least one person, or is a member of an ethnic minority of a EU member country that in order to increase his/her chances to be employed has to improve language skills/gain more professional experience/complete professional training, or works in a sector/trade in a EU member country where the disproportion is at least 25% higher than the median disproportion of all the economy sectors in this country
**refers to a person who has been unemployed for at least 24 months; the public aid eligibility costs apply to the new employees remuneration expenses incurred by an employer within either 12 or 24 months and include::

Deducted from remuneration, mandatory social insurance contributions made by an employer
***Each unemployed has to be registered in the LLO of Wroclaw (people registered outside of Wroclaw Agglomeration should have the address of registration in Wroclaw county)
